Sight Flow Indicators
These entry level visual flow indicators are primarily for use in plant protection applications to show lubricant or oil flow for machines, pumps and engines, and they are also suited for gas flows. In using these types of indicators you can also detect changes in condition and colour of liquids during processing or show the presence of condensate of steam in return lines.

Variable Orifice/Swing Vane Flow Indicators
Due to the spring loaded vane design, these flowmeters require no straight pipe runs are not affected by orientation. Limited movement on internal parts mean minimal wear and less down time. The flowmeter can pass twice the maximum flow without damage, typical of CIP processes. Typically these indicators can be fitted with 1 or 2 switched outputs with the option of analogue output, and because of the wide range of materials of construction available, can be used on most liquids and gases. Depending on the application, these flowmeters can provide a cost effective alternative to electromagnetic flowmeters.

Low Flow Liquid Vortex Flowmeter
This low cost vortex flowmeter features a specially developed silicon coating which allows direct contact with the medium under very harsh conditions, giving a rapid response to flow and temperature changes. The Von Karman effect vortex flowmeter is 5 times more accurate than turbine flowmeters and benefits from high reliability with zero moving parts.

Low Flow Liquid Ultrasonic Flowmeter
The innovative design of this product provides a high accuracy, non-invasive, flow measurement device at a fraction of the cost of other current non-invasive systems. The unique measurement technique automatically compensates for viscosity and temperature variations. The measurement of flow is calculated by transit time. The flow path is designed to minimise pressure drop and, having no moving parts within, will not encourage clog or jamming.

Process Flow Protection Sensor
Acoustic device used to detect changes in high frequency sound emissions created by materials in motion. Instant reaction to flow rate changes provides protection to plant or warn of other abnormal flow conditions in pipes, supply lines, chutes and feed mechanisms. The sensor listens to noise caused by minute impacts, liquid cavitation and friction within structures; making it sensitive to the slightest changes in process conditions, but also immune to auditable noise or vibration caused by machinery. The non-invasive sensor can be installed in minutes without the need to shut down the process and the compact design means it can be fitted in the tightest of position or environments. Typical applications include blocked pipe or chute notification, pump protection and burst filter bag detection.
